Requirements of the Indonesian Customer for Continuous Charcoal Furnace
The Indonesian customer attaches great importance to the working efficiency of the charcoal-making machine. This continuous charring furnace from the Shuliy machinery factory is cleverly designed so that all kinds of gaseous fuels produced during the charring process can be directly transported to the combustion furnace section. The water in the condensing unit can also be recycled, which saves a lot of fuel costs and is safe and environmentally friendly, so the Indonesian customer is very satisfied.

Working Principle of Continuous Charcoal Furnace
- The machine can be heated with electricity or gas. When LPG is used, the machine needs to be preheated, which takes about 1 hour, and it takes about 25 kilograms of LPG to ignite it once, and the whole process only needs to be ignited once.
- When the preheating temperature reaches about 300 degrees, when the preheating is finished, put in the raw materials (when the raw materials are bigger and hard materials such as coconut shells, the furnace temperature is 330 degrees when discharging, when the raw materials are palm shells and lighter materials such as rice husks and wood chips, the furnace temperature reaches 280 degrees when discharging).
- Light the combustion chamber. After about 15 minutes of carbonization, when there is heat generated in the combustion cell, light the gas, and after the combustion chamber burns, turn off the flame and stop using LPG.
- The discharge comes out of the double condenser tube, the inner tube is used to discharge the material and cold water can be added between the two tubes for cooling. The water is collected and can be used again after cooling.
