Continuous Carbonization Furnace Production Process
The continuous charcoal carbonization furnace works by using the heat generated from combustion to trigger the pyrolysis of biomass materials. Raw materials continuously move forward in a rotating drum, where complex organic components are decomposed, and volatile gases are released under precisely controlled high temperatures.
These volatile gases then enter the combustion chamber to burn again, greatly improving the furnace’s energy efficiency and effectively reducing harmful emissions, achieving a cleaner carbonization process.
